Au-de-Morge (alpine cheese)

International pasture! Located above St-Gingolph, straddling the Franco-Swiss border, cows graze on both countries!
The alpine chalet is at 1180 m. of altitude and the cows graze between 900 and 1600m. The relative low altitude of this mountain pasture allows to alp very early in the season and Au-de-Morge cheeses are therefore the first that we can taste.
